The space

The apartment is very bright because it is located on the third floor of a historic Roman building.
The elegant living room of more than 33 sqm, illuminated by three large windows, from which you can admire Via dei Condotti, Via del Corso and Palazzo Fendi, characterizes the entire apartment.

The bedrooms also are all spacious with large double beds, air conditioning and smart TV, same as in the living room.
The bedroom and adjacent parlour room overlook Via del Leoncino, parallel to Via del Corso, and the historic Palazzo della Unione Militare where “the Lantern” of Fuksas stands.
The double room, which overlooks Via Tomacelli, enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the one facing Via del Grottino has an en-suite bathroom with a built-in shower seat. This double room is also characterized by an original vaulted ceiling and there is a small balcony where you can admire the dome of the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio and San Carlo, the national church of the Lombards who live in Rome.
In the apartment, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for guests.
